Mr. Sbertoli

We’d like to take a moment to introduce Mr. Joe Sbertoli, Principal of Greenfield Elementary, and share a bit more about his background and journey in education.

Originally from Amherst, Wisconsin, Mr. Sbertoli has a strong foundation in education, athletics, and leadership. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (with a minor in Coaching) and a Master of Education in Physical Education from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He later completed a Master of Education in Principalship from Viterbo University, where he also earned his certification as an Elementary Principal.

Mr. Sbertoli began his career teaching physical education at Benilde-St. Margaret’s High School, a private school in Minnesota. He then served as Athletic Director at Amherst High School and Waupaca High School, eventually stepping into a leadership role as Principal at McDill Elementary in the Stevens Point Area School District.

With a strong passion for student engagement, school culture, and community connections, Mr. Sbertoli brings a well-rounded perspective to his role at Greenfield Elementary. He is committed to fostering a positive environment where students and staff can thrive.
