Faye first joined BWSD way back in 1994 as a bus driver, helping our students get to and from school safely every day. After a brief adventure in the Twin Cities, she came back home to BW in August 2016.
Though she officially retired, we must’ve missed her too much… because she returned (lucky us!) in August 2022. We like to think she just couldn’t stay away 😉.
Thank you, Faye, for your loyalty, dedication, and care. Most importantly, thank you for keeping our kids safe all these years! 🚌💛

Khiel began his journey with BWSD in 2007 as a member of the Jr. Hawks Childcare team, and in June 2013, he transitioned into his current role as our IT Systems Specialist.
From endless HELP DESK emails to last-minute tech emergencies, Khiel handles it all with patience, expertise, and a great sense of humor. We’re so grateful for everything he does to keep our systems (and sanity) running smoothly!

Baldwin-Woodville Area School District is seeking a School Bus Garage & Routing Manager to lead the daily operations of our transportation department.
This key role is responsible for:
🔧 Overseeing maintenance and repairs of the district’s bus fleet
🗺️ Planning and managing efficient student bus routes
🧑🔧 Supervising garage staff and coordinating servicing
💻 Utilizing routing software to optimize transportation logistics

Our Advanced Biology students recently had the chance to take their learning beyond the classroom with a field trip to Pine Lake! From studying local ecosystems to collecting real-world data, it was a hands-on experience full of discovery and exploration.
