Create your family account and select "Add a Registration."
Fill out the required details—make sure to select the correct grade and level!

All registrations require completing an Alternate Year Form.
Physicals are required every two years. If your athlete is due for a new physical, upload it directly during registration, drop off a copy at the High School Office, or email it to jsell@bwsd.k12.wi.us.
Checklist to participate:
📌High School: $50 user fee, physical/alternate year card, concussion form, WIAA eligibility form, and co-curricular code form.
📌Middle School: $25 user fee, physical/alternate year card, concussion form, WIAA eligibility form, and co-curricular code form.
